Lawrence A. Holliday passed away on September 4, 2017. Lawrence was born on March 15, 1921, he was a lifelong resident of Lansing, and worked for the city of Lansing in the Forestry Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Donna Holiday, two sisters; Mildred S. Holliday and Bernace A. Schrier; two brothers Irwin and Leroy Holliday. He was a great role model and a real family man, even though he had no children of his own. Lawrence proudly served his country for four years in the U.S. Army during WWII...

Lawrence A. Holliday passed away on September 4, 2017. Lawrence was born on March 15, 1921, he was a lifelong resident of Lansing, and worked for the city of Lansing in the Forestry Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claud and Donna Holiday, two sisters; Mildred S. Holliday and Bernace A. Schrier; two brothers Irwin and Leroy Holliday. He was a great role model and a real family man, even though he had no children of his own. Lawrence proudly served his country for four years in the U.S. Army during WWII and was highly decorated for his bravery running communication lines. He was much loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be Sunday September 10th from 2-4pm & 6-8pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will be on Monday September 11th at 11am at the funeral home with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Lansing.
